Returns & Exchanges

At Cabane Swimwear, we value mindful choices and garments that make you feel confident and comfortable. If you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days from the delivery date.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, all items must be:

  • In perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Completely free from stains, marks, deodorant traces, makeup, odors, moisture, or any sign of use.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • Inside the original bag with its corresponding hangtag.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Even the smallest sign of wear, stain, smell, or alteration will result in the return being rejected.
Cabane Swimwear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal. Click here to start your return.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive specific instructions based on your shipping country. The available return method depends on your location.

RETURN DEADLINE

Returns must be requested and physically dropped off within 14 days of delivery.

If this 14-day period has passed, the return will not be accepted.
Please do not send any parcels after the deadline, as they cannot be processed or refunded.

RETURNS BY REGION

SPAIN (PENINSULA & BALEARIC ISLANDS)

RETURN COST: 4,95€

RETURN METHOD:

  • You will receive a digital return code to drop off your parcel at the nearest return point.

  • No printing required.

REFUND OPTIONS:

  • Original payment method: processed once your return arrives at our warehouse and is approved.
  • Store Credit: issued immediately when you drop off your parcel.
  • Exchanges: the new item ships for free; you only pay the 4,95€ return cost.

The return cost will be deducted from your refund, except in exchanges where it is the only fee you pay.

EUROPEAN UNION – LISTED COUNTRIES

COUNTRIES: Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal and Czech Republic.

RETURN COST: 14,95€

RETURN METHOD:

  • You will receive a digital return code to drop off your parcel at the nearest return point.
  • No printing required.

REFUND OPTIONS:

  • Original payment method: processed once your return arrives at our warehouse and is approved.
  • Store Credit: issued immediately when you drop off your parcel.
  • Exchanges: the new item ships for free; you only pay the 14,95€ return cost.

The return cost will be deducted from your refund, except in exchanges where it is the only fee you pay.

REST OF EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD

Returns are still possible from other countries.

RETURN METHOD:

  • We are unable to provide a return label for these countries.
  • Customers must ship their return independently, using any courier of their choice.
  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are paid directly to the chosen courier.

REFUND OPTIONS:

  • Original payment method: Once the parcel is received and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be requested through the Returns Portal.

  • For Spain and the listed European Union countries, your replacement item will be shipped as soon as you drop off the original parcel using the digital return code.
  • For the rest of Europe and the rest of the World, exchanges are not available. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cabaneswimwear.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Items damaged due to improper care or handling are not considered manufacturing defects.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received and approved.
  • Store Credit is issued immediately when you drop off your parcel.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

If an order is refused or returned to us due to reasons beyond Cabane Swimwear’s control (incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, failure to pick up, etc.), a store credit will be issued and any associated shipping costs will be deducted.
