Cabane Swimwear has a 14 days return policy. We offer returns on all items.

Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and need to be returned in a resellable condition. For bikini bottoms and one pieces, the hygiene sticker must remain attached at all times, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Once received, please try your new swimwear over your underwear to check the fit.

Returning your purchase

To make a return please follow the steps below: 

  • Register your return: Send an email to info@cabaneswimwear.com with your order number, what items you'll be returning and the reason for your return. Keep calm until we respond back, usually within 48 hours, before proceeding to the next steps. 
  • Prepare your package: Write your order number in a piece of paper and include it in your return parcel. Seal it securely with tape.
  • Send it back to us: Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the return form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Return shipping is at customer expense.
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email at info@cabaneswimwear.com, including your order number and photos showing the faulty or incorrect item. Once we confirm the defect(s), Cabane Swimwear will cover the shipping cost of the new item(s).

EXCHANGES

Cabane Swimwear offers exchanges for different sizes, colors or styles. All exchanges are based on stock availability. The exchange process is the following:

Return the item(s) back to us following the procedure described in our return policy. You will receive a gift card via email, equal to the value of the return item(s). You can use the gift card to place a new order. Shipping costs of the replacement item is the customer's responsibility. The gift card is sent out as soon as your return is processed and approved. 

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed, returns are refunded as store credit only equal to the value of the returned item(s), excluding the initial shipping cost. Due to the costs of handling, processing, shipping international orders, and payments, we cannot issue cash refunds for returns but only store credit. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Cabane Swimwear.
