Returns & Exchanges

At Cabane Swimwear, we believe in mindful fashion: choosing carefully, keeping what you truly like, and wearing pieces that make you feel comfortable and confident.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In perfect condition, unworn, with all original tags attached.
  • Placed in their original bag with matching hangtag and reference.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or stains will not be accepted. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold our standards of quality and hygiene.

Cabane Swimwear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

RETURNS

To initiate a return please follow the steps in our Returns Portal. Click here to start your return.

  • You can easily choose between scheduling a home pick-up or leaving your parcel at a drop-off point of your convenience.
  • All refunds are made on the original payment method, it will take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, once the return arrives at our warehouse and is approved by the team. For a faster refund we recommend you to choose an instant refund to a Gift Card, you will receive the refund in a few seconds.
  • Returns shipping costs are at clients' own expense. They will be deducted from the final refund amount.

EXCHANGES

To facilitate product exchanges, please use our Returns Portal. Select the item you wish to exchange and specify the new product or size you would like to receive. Upon completing this process, you will automatically receive a new order and a return label for the original item.

FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email to info@cabaneswimwear.com within 48 hours since your order was delivered, including your order number and a picture of the damage area or the incorrect item. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment are not considered manufacturing defects.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note, if you request a return within the 14 day return period but drop off the return after this period has expired, your return will be considered outside the return period. Consequently, the refund will be issued as a gift card rather than to the original payment method.

In the event that you decide to refuse your order or if it's returned to our warehouse due to circumstances beyond Cabane Swimwear and the shipping company's control (such as an incorrect delivery address or failure to pick up the parcel), the refund will be issued as a gift card, with return shipping costs deducted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
