We want you to be completely satisfied with your new pieces. If you change your mind, you can easily return any item within 15 days since your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in perfect condition, unworn, with labels attached and inside their original packaging. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, bikini bottoms and one pieces must be tried on over underwear. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.

- You can easily choose between scheduling a home pick-up or leaving your parcel at a drop-off point of your convenience.
- All refunds are made on the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.), it will take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, once the return arrives at our warehouse and is approved by the team. For a faster refund we recommend you to choose an instant refund to a gift card, you will receive the refund in a few seconds.
- Returns shipping costs are at clients' own expense. They will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you to follow the steps in our Returns Portal and choose the option of instant refund on a gift card. You will instantly receive a gift card via email, which you can use to place a new order. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days since your order was delivered, including your order number and a picture of the damage area or the incorrect item. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment are not considered manufacturing defects.
